Anubhav Singh Bassi Biography

Anubhav Singh Bassi is an Indian stand-up comedian, actor, and writer known for his observational and storytelling-based comedy. He was born on 9 January 1991 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Bassi completed his education in law and initially pursued a career in the legal field. He also prepared for competitive examinations and explored entrepreneurship before transitioning into stand-up comedy.

He gained widespread recognition with his YouTube video “Cheating,” which became viral and marked the beginning of his popularity in the comedy circuit. His subsequent performances, including “Hostel” and “Waxing,” further established him as a prominent figure in Indian stand-up comedy.

Bassi is widely known for his live stand-up show “Bas Kar Bassi,” which he has performed across various cities in India and internationally. In addition to comedy, he made his acting debut in the Hindi film “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar” (2023).
